St. Ann’s has apartment plans to fit all kinds of resident needs and desires. Our apartments feature courtyard views, lake views, and city views and several of our apartments have private balconies for your enjoyment during much of the year.
Monthly Rates Include
- Three home-cooked meals daily, plus available snacks.
- Phone service with unlimited long distance.
- Satellite television service with 3 movie channels.
- Housekeeping service once per week- including vacuum, bathroom cleaning, fresh towels and bed linens.
- Scheduled activities and groups.
- Monthly Wellness Clinic (blood pressure and vitals)
- Emergency response: 24 hours daily.
- Safety checks 2 times daily
- Access to library, chapel, Little Shoppe, exercise room, craft room, billiards table, computer access, and on-site baked goods.
- Additional services are available with additional cost.
