St. Ann’s is committed to maintaining our assisted living community to the highest standards we can provide for our residents. Our maintenance staff is on-site seven days a week, continually ensuring the safety of every apartment and the building.
Residents may call the desk to request maintenance services in their apartments. From changing light bulbs to installing and removing air conditioning units, our maintenance staff are highly experienced and there to serve the needs of every resident and to maintain the upkeep of our building, inside and out, year round.
St. Ann’s employs security staff to support our informaton desk staff . Intercoms are installed in every resident apartment for the safety and security of our residents and our security staff are in the building seven days a week in the afternoons and evenings making regular checks of the building, securing the exits, and maintaining our security system.
St. Ann’s main entrance locks to outside public access at 7 p.m. every night. After that time, visitors may ring the bell and our security staff or front desk staff will admit visitors to the building.
