Overview

Since 1963, St. Ann’s Has set the standard of excellence in Senior housing. Located near Downtown Duluth, this extremely well maintained facility offers convenience, comfort and security. Residents appreciate the freedom and satisfaction of independent living along with an abundance of recreational opportunities. Most importantly, seniors have more time and energy to enjoy life when they live at St. Ann’s.

This not for profit facility operates under the direction of a volunteer board of directors who are comprised of local business and community leaders. St. Ann’s does not discriminate because of race, color, creed, sex, age, handicap or national origin.

Location

St. Ann’s is conveniently located, just blocks from the downtown Duluth Arts and Theater District. We are within a mile of Canal Park, the Lakewalk, Whole Foods Co-op, Zeitgeist Arts, Fond-Du-Luth Casino, Fitger’s Complex and numerous restaurants. We are only 4 miles from the Miller Hill Mall. We are also right across the street from Essentia Hospital, including their Health and Fitness building which, with a membership, gives you access to their fitness room and swimming pool.

We are just blocks from the shores of Lake Superior. Each of our dining rooms offers a superb view of the Duluth harbor.
