Wow, it is hard to believe how fast the leaves changed and are beginning to fall off the trees. Hope you enjoyed the nice summer weather, and we hope we continue to have nice sunny days this fall.
With the change of season , out comes the fall decorations and nowadays Halloween has become one of the major retail holidays. You had better start getting your Halloween costumes ready and watch for all the exciting things Resident Program Services has coming up this month.
Many of you are asking about our October Rummage and Bake Sale. We are sad to report that with the cases of Covid -19 surging in St. Louis County and with the Delta variant out there, we will have to postpone our sale to the public. Sharon is planning a small sale for the residents and bid items so that you still can have some fun and still adhere to the Covid Guidelines.
We continue to make improvements as we are able. The curtain rods in the Social Hall are going up and when the draperies are cleaned, that project will help improve the Social Hall. Thank you to everyone who donates, whether large or small and thank you to everyone for your continued support.
