Hello Family and Friends of St. Ann’s,
We would like to provide you with an update on some of the issues we have been trying to address recently:
*We are in the process of collecting an updated list of email address for primary contacts. We hope this will allow us to communicate effectively with family or primary contacts about updates and important information. For a specific update of your loved one you will still be contacted by phone, or please call us if you have concerns.
* Residents are able to get current updates by looking on the St. Ann’s channel (channel 3), or for weekly updates on their phone by *9. The daily menu is still the same, please press *8 on your phone.
* We have set up Face Time and Skype to help families connect. Please call 218-727-8831 to set up a time. We have volunteers and staff that are available to help. We will work with you to find a time that works for everyone.
*If you would like to send you loved one groceries or supplies, you can drop off at the front entryway and we will deliver from there. It is best if you call and let us know when you arrive so we can have a cart available. Also, please clearly label with residents name and room number.
*We are currently delivering the residents mail directly by hanging their mail and newspapers in a bag outside their door.
