We have received confirmation from the Infection Control Team at Essentia Health that individuals at St. Ann’s have been diagnosed with COVID-19. We are working with the Essentia Infection Control Team, Minnesota Department of Health, CDC, St. Louis County Public Health Division and other local and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps to keep our residents and staff safe. Resident safety is always our top priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure we stop the spread of COVID-19 within St. Ann’s. We are following the recommended preventative actions and have restricted visitors from entering our facility until the virus has been eradicated.
