Subsidized Housing

St. Ann’s offers HUD (Housing and Urban Development) Section 8 Rental Assistance to those residents that are low-income.  Residents who qualify for HUD must make less than $21,000 per year in income (this is their gross amount of income yearly).  The rent is determined after computing their income, assets, and any out of pocket medical expenses they have.  St. Ann’s also accepts Medical Assistance/Elderly Waiver through St. Louis County, which would further reduce the resident’s Assisted Living costs. Please contact our Resident Relations Director, Krista Hall, to determine rental assistance eligibility.
