Traci Jaszczak-Administrator/CEO

Traci joined St. Ann’s in 2007. Traci graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology. She has over 20 years of Human Service experience, including 18 years of management experience. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). St. Ann’s mission of service and compassion is consistent with Traci’s own personal philosophies. Our team at St. Ann’s is focused on providing the highest quality of living by following the Guiding Principles.

Stephanie Maki- Assistant Administrator

Stephanie has been employed at St. Ann's since 1999. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the RCS department. Stephanie worked as the Admissions Coordinator from 2002-2011. Stephanie has an AA degree from Lake Superior College from the Legal Administrative Assistant program. As the HR Manager she also works to ensure that our employees have the tools they need to make St. Ann's a great place to work!

Krista Hall- Resident Relations Director

Krista has been employed at St. Ann's since 2004. Like Stephanie, she began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the RCS Department. Krista worked as the Office Assistant from 2009-2011. Her responsibilities include admissions for all residents into St. Ann’s, marketing and HUD Management. She enjoys working with the seniors and her goal is to provide assistance to residents and make their transition into St. Ann’s as smooth as possible.

Lois Hanson- Accounts Manager

Lois started at St. Ann’s in April of 2006. Lois has been in the Accounting business for 25 years. She has a Senior Accounting Certificate from UMD and is a CNAP (Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional). Lois spends a lot of time making sure that our bills are paid and there is money in the bank, so you may not see her outside her office much. Lois is very detail oriented and her expertise is very much appreciated at St. Ann’s. Lois’s personal mission is to “take care of our residents, do my job accurately, and keep up a good attitude”.
