All rental packages include the following:  rent for the living space, weekly housekeeping services, 3 meals per day, satellite television (with 3 movie channels) and telephone service (with unlimited long distance).  No cooking is allowed in the apartments, but residents may bring a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster at a small electrical charge per month.

Weekly housekeeping services including:  laundering the linens and bedding, cleaning the bathroom, and vacuuming.  

Residents are responsible for their own personal laundry but one can choose to have the Resident Care Services (RCS) department do their laundry for an additional fee.  

Apartments are partially furnished, if desired, to include a  twin-sized bed frame, built-in dresser and desk, nightstand and TV stand.  There is an abundance of closet space in each apartment.  Each apartment is also draped, carpeted, and has an intercom system which connects to the front desk 24 hours per day.     

Prices:

$1,320 to $1,683for one occupant monthly.

$1,717 to $2,080 for two occupants monthly.

Constructed Apartment:  Another option for a 1 bedroom apartment is the Constructed Apartment.  This is 2 Average Single Units modified into one apartment.  Each room has its own bathroom.

$1,642 for one occupant monthly.

$2,039 for two occupants monthly.
